Presto Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (“Presto Laboratories”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing professional laboratory testing, inspection, calibration, certification assistance, consultancy, and related technical services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellation of services and refunds.
Customers may cancel their testing order at any time before the testing process has commenced. In such cases, the customer will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for the testing service.
The cancellation request must be communicated to Presto Laboratories through our official contact details before testing has commenced.
Once testing has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid will generally be non-refundable, as resources, equipment, manpower, consumables, and other costs may already have been incurred.
Any exception will be considered solely at the discretion of Presto Laboratories based on the circumstances of the particular case.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
Any refund will be subject to verification of the transaction and applicable deductions, if any.
Where a service involves third-party laboratories, certification bodies, government authorities, regulatory agencies, courier services, or other external service providers, charges already paid or incurred on behalf of the customer may be non-refundable.

If a customer requests postponement, suspension, or rescheduling after testing has commenced, Presto Laboratories reserves the right to recover the costs already incurred.
Delays caused by the customer's failure to provide required samples, documents, information, approvals, or other necessary inputs will not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used by the customer, wherever technically feasible.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
Where applicable, payment gateway or transaction charges that have already been incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount, except where the refund is due to an error attributable to Presto Laboratories.

Concerns regarding work quality should be shared promptly. An internal review may be conducted once. Decisions made by the review team are final.
All communication may take place electronically. Users agree to receive notices and updates through digital means and to retain copies for reference.
These terms remain active until ended by either party. Presto Laboratory may terminate access if terms are violated or if required by law. Upon termination, access stops and stored data may be removed.
This contract is regulated by Indian legislation and is considered to be signed in New Delhi. Courts in New Delhi hold exclusive jurisdiction.
Conflicts can be solved with the help of arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings will take place in New Delhi and be conducted in English.
